With 10 years of experience as a professional working for a global healthcare corporation, Justine is certified as an instructor with the Yoga Alliance and the Canadian Dance Teachers Association, and is an accredited health coach with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition based in New York City.

Jennifer Kruidbos

Jennifer Kruidbos is a Yoga Alliance certified instructor and wellness facilitator who helps Montreal companies create happier, more productive workplaces with office yoga and mindfulness meditation.
